Once your order has been shipped, you will recieve a link to track it via email. Please allow for 2-3 days from placing your order to receive your tracking link. If after this time you still haven't received an email then contact our customer services team.
Please allow a few extra days for your order to be delivered. Our carriers are always doing their best to get your order to you, so make sure you keep an eye on your tracking link for the latest updates.
If you have not received your order after the estimated time frame, please contact us through email@example.com with your order number so we can investigate the situation.
If you are unavalible at the time of delivery the courier will deliver your order on the next working day. Please check your tracking number for status updates.
If you have received a damaged item, please send us your order information and clear images of the item to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please don’t send your damaged item back to us until you have been in touch with us.
It is very unusal for our warehouse to pick the wrong item when packing your order. If you have recived the wrong item please send us a image of what you have recived to email@example.com and we will resolve this for you.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Yes, all of our products are 100% vegan. Packed with plant-powered goodness!
All of our protein bars are gluten free. The facility where our bars are made doesn’t handle any gluten containing ingredients, only gluten-free oats which are batch tested before being used on site. Our recipe does not include any gluten-containing ingredients, however we do pack our protein powders at a facility that handles gluten, soya, sesame, peanuts & nuts and whilst there are clean down procedures in place, we cannot completely rule out a risk of cross contamination.
As pregnancy can be different for everyone, we recommend checking with your doctor or healthcare practitioner on whether a product is suitable for you while pregnant or breastfeeding. They will be able to advise based on your individual needs taking into account any medical history, conditions or circumstances unique to you.
We don’t include plastic scoops in each pouch as we feel this would cause a large amount of unnecessary plastic waste. We have included standard tablespoon measures on our packaging to help guide you on the suggested serving size with spoons you already have at home. We are also working on sourcing a biodegradable / sustainable scoop option which you can add to your purchase - stay tuned!

The most likely reason for your promo code to not be working on your order will be that the items in your basket are not eligible for discount, for example if they are bundle items or if the multi-buy discount is already applied.

Our products are not currently certified as Kosher, however our products are vegan and thus we do not use any form of dairy, eggs, meat or fish-based ingredients. We are currently working on Kosher certification for our protein bars.
Our products are not currently certified as Halal, however our products are protein bars and protein powders are suitable for those following a Halal or alcohol-free diet.
