Misfits Health Bar Competition – Terms and Conditions 

Competition Overview

• The Misfits Health Bar Competition ("Competition") is organized by Misfits Health ("Promoter"). 

• By participating in this Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 

• The Competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or older, excluding employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected with the Competition. 

• One bar equals one entry, so multiple entries are permitted  

• To enter the Competition, entrants must: 

1. Purchase a Misfits Protein Bar from a Morrisons supermarket store during the competition period (see section 4 below).
2. Take a clear photo of the receipt showing the purchase and the Misfits Bar. 
3. Send the photo via Direct Message (DM) to the Misfits Instagram account (@EatMisfits) during the Competition Period (see section 4). 
4. Follow @EatMisfits on Instagram (if not already done prior to the competition) 

1 bar = 1 entry: For each Misfits Health Bar purchased, the entrant is allowed one entry into the Competition. Multiple entries are allowed, but each entry must be accompanied by a photo showing a valid receipt for each individual bar purchased. 

• The photograph must clearly show both the receipt and the Misfits Health Bar. Entries that do not meet these requirements will be disqualified. 

• Entries must be received by the Promoter via Instagram DM during the Competition Period. 

• The Competition will run from 30th December 2024 to 31st January 2025 (inclusive). Entries received after the closing date will not be considered. 

• The Promoter reserves the right to extend or shorten the Competition Period at their discretion. 

• The prize is a £500 Morrisons voucher ("Prize"). 

• The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other prizes. 

• Only one Prize will be awarded. 

• The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Competition Period. 

• The winner will be notified via Instagram DM by 3rd February 2025. 

• If the winner does not respond to the notification within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random. 

• The winner must provide a valid email address for the Prize to be provided. The Promoter will not be responsible for any issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the winner. 

• By entering, entrants consent to their name and Instagram handle being published in connection with the Competition if they are chosen as the winner. 

• The Promoter may request a photo or video from the winner of themselves with their Prize for promotional purposes, which the winner may be asked to share on social media. 

• By entering the Competition, entrants agree to the collection, retention, and usage of their personal data for the purpose of the Competition. Data will be used in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy. 

• Personal data will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes unless the entrant has given explicit consent. 

• The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is deemed to be fraudulent, incomplete, or not in accordance with these terms and conditions. 

• The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. 

• The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on the Promoter's official Instagram account (@MisfitsHealth). 

• The Promoter is not responsible for any technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, or for any loss or damage caused by the Competition or the Prize. 

• The Promoter shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Competition or the use of the Prize. 

• This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram. 

• By participating, entrants release Instagram from any liability arising from their participation in the Competition. 

• These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. 

• Any disputes relating to the Competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. 

Important Notes: 

• Competition Dates: The updated competition period now runs from 30th December 2024 to 31st January 2025, inclusive. Entries received after 31st January 2025 will not be valid. 

• Winner Notification: The winner will be notified by 3rd February 2025, with a 7-day response window.
