It’s the perfect high-protein start to your morning for sustained energy, plus they are utterly delicious!

Ingredients 


Pancakes

  • 75g self raising flour
  • 1 heaped tbsp/ 20g misfits vanilla protein powder
  • 200ml oat milk
  • 1tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1tsp baking powder
  • Vanilla essence drops
  • Coconut oil for frying

Toppings 


Method


Mix together and fry on a medium heat pan with coconut oil and flip when bubbles appear on the surface. 


Once cooked, stack them up, cut out a hole and fill with cream, strawberries and Misfits Birthday Cake Protein Bar chunks.
