Are your protein powders gluten free?
Our recipe does not include any gluten-containing ingredients, however we do pack our protein powders at a facility that handles gluten, soya, sesame, peanuts & nuts and whilst there are clean down procedures in place, we cannot completely rule out a risk of cross contamination.
Why don’t the powders come with a scoop inside?
We don’t include plastic scoops in each pouch as we feel this would cause a large amount of unnecessary plastic waste. We have included standard tablespoon measures on our packaging to help guide you on the suggested serving size with spoons you already have at home. We are also working on sourcing a biodegradable / sustainable scoop option which you can add to your purchase - stay tuned!
Are your protein powders Keto friendly?
A ketogenic diet typically favours fats and proteins, while reducing carbohydrates. We personally love carbs, but you do you! There is no ‘official’ definition of what makes a keto-friendly product, however our powders can be consumed as part of a well planned ketogenic programme, you can use the nutritional information provided to incorporate them alongside other foods to meet your desired macronutrient goals.
