Is your cereal gluten free?
Yes - all of our cereals are gluten free and manufactured to the legal requirement of <20ppm for gluten free products.
Is your cereal Keto friendly?
A ketogenic diet typically favours fats and proteins, while reducing carbohydrates. We personally love carbs, but you do you! There is no ‘official’ definition of what makes a keto-friendly product, however our cereal can be consumed as part of a well planned ketogenic programme, you can use the nutritional information provided to incorporate them alongside other foods to meet your desired macronutrient goals.
Is your cereal packaging recyclable?
You can recycle our cereal boxes (both the card Misfits box the bars come in and the shipping boxes) at home in your mixed or paper recycling. The clear bag is made from OPP plastic, which can be recycled with plastic bags at large supermarkets or other collection points.
