Vegan Protein Pancakes

  • Banana (Mashed)
  • 1 Tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 1 cup Buckwheat Flour
  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • 1 Scoop of Misfits Vegan Protein Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 2 Tbsp Cacao Powder (optional)


  1. Add all the ingredients except the Cacao Powder to a blender and blitz until well combined.

  2. If you want half Chocolate Pancakes, divide the mixture into two. Add the Cacao Powder to one half and stir throughly.

  3. To cook heat a small about of Coconut Oil to a frying pan and pour the batter in.

  4. Cook for a few minutes either side, flipping in between!

  5. Decorate with your toppings and enjoy!
