Vegan Protein Pancakes
- Banana (Mashed)
- 1 Tbsp Peanut Butter
- 1 cup Buckwheat Flour
- 1 cup Almond Milk
- 1 Scoop of Misfits Vegan Protein Powder
- 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
- 2 Tbsp Cacao Powder (optional)
Add all the ingredients except the Cacao Powder to a blender and blitz until well combined.
If you want half Chocolate Pancakes, divide the mixture into two. Add the Cacao Powder to one half and stir throughly.
To cook heat a small about of Coconut Oil to a frying pan and pour the batter in.
Cook for a few minutes either side, flipping in between!
Decorate with your toppings and enjoy!
