- 1 serving Misfits Vegan Protein Powder
3 ripe bananas
1/2 cup almond butter (smooth is better I find)
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup almond flour and 1/2 cup coconut flour (or could use 1 cup of almond flour instead)
Pinch of salt
Splash of almond milk as required if too thick
Dark chocolate (I used 85% but could use any)
Literally put it all in a food processor apart from the chocolate and mix until smooth.
Then chop up the dark chocolate and stir into the mix.
Into the oven at 180ºC for 30mins until golden.
Serve with desired toppings.
