Vanilla & Blueberry Gluten Free Protein Waffles
3 tablespoons Coconut Collaborative vanilla yogurt
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
¼ cup milk of choice
1x Vanilla Protein Multitasker
¼ cup plus 2 tablespoons coconut flour
¼ teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon sea salt
¼ cup blueberries
- Add all the ingredients, except blueberries, to a blender and blend until fully combined.
- Spoon the mixture into a preheated waffle iron, dot with blueberries, and cook for about 3 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Serve with any desired toppings and a drizzle of maple syrup
