Chocolate Protein Porridge
- 3 Cups Non-Dairy Milk (I used Oat Milk)
- 1 ½ Cups Rolled Oats
- 2 Scoops (60g) Missfits Chocolate Vegan protein Multitasker
- Fresh Raspberries
- Hazelnuts, Chopped
- Peanut Butter
- Caramelized Banana Slices
Start by coating the banana slices in some sugar of your choice and then frying in some cooking spray until golden brown on each side. When done set aside onto a lightly oiled plate so they do not stick when cooling.
When done make the porridge by combing all the porridge ingredients and cooking until your desired consistency.
- When ready serve in a bowl and if you wish to top as I did place a few or more raspberries on top along with some of the caramelized banana slices. Drizzle some of the peanut butter over top and sprinkle the chopped hazelnuts all over. Serve and enjoy!
